Sprites arnt working?

Well i got this new set of sprites and i just added it to my old se t of sprites... I fill in the new set of sprites the color of the old... And HURRAY!! the sprites worked!

So i send the sprites to my friend Zocheyado and the new sprites i added are just invisible on his computer... But they show on mine?

Any help would be VERY VERY MUCH epreciated =)

What operating system does your friend have?

we both have windows xp and there around 310 sprites on it
