         - Added in Heal, Damage, SpriteChange, and SpawnNPC tile types (unfinished). Started reworking old editor tile type properties (graphical part).

         - Finished reworking properties editor.
         - Changed to only blt attributes when on attributes placement

         - There is now a label that shows what tile you have selected in the mapeditor
         - The map editor will now save where you where in the tileset last time
         - Added in eyedropper to map editor
