Good old RTE's

Ok, so most of you might just say look at the RTE topic. Or better yet Google it. But the DLL file is registered and on my computer. So I just don't know whats wrong. When I debug it goes to the DDdraw line or something.

If it helps, i'm running vista. I've even tried the vista fixes.

So if anyone could offer some insight, I would be most greatful.

Well when I press debug it brings this up highlighted, and I checked google and it comes up with people and their outlook problems. >.>

Ensure your video drivers are up to date.

Also, try changing DDSCAPS_VIDEOMEMORY to DDSCAPS_SYSTEMMEMORY.
