If anybody from the MS community notice someone using your gfx without permission, report that to me and I will take action. Because there is nothing that makes me more angry than stealing custom graphic.
A ban will result for using someone elses graphics for their game/engine.

I assume same thing goes for any other stolen material, for example sources and music?

That is hard and therefore that problems occur when the situation happens. GFX is on the other hand easier to prove, since many has submitted screenshots and such to prove it.
