Quick question

So is Mirage's format for tiles and all, the same as Elysiums?

No.

Check out the MapRec.

So for example, if I put Elysium tiles into Mirage, they wouldn't fit the same? How would I make 'em fit?

You need to make a converter that will convert them. Since Elysium has a lot more shit in its MapRec you need to delete most of the data in it and fit it into MS' MapRec.

Do you mean tiles or maps? Tiles in both engines are 32x32 pixels. The tile sets might be different widths, but theres tutorials for making your mapeditor wider. Or, cuting and pasting with MS Paint will also do the trick.

If you're talking about map files, then yes, you'll need to make a converter.

I was talking about the tilesets. Thanks for the clarification, I'll work on that. =)
