My Base

Ive put tons of time into my base and still I dont like it. I have tried fixing it many many times... I dont know what it is that I dont like about it. Maybe because it doesnt look very smooth or because the colors dont blend well.... I dunno I am posting this here for some suggestions on what to do to make it look better.

Well Perfekt I did actually make that base meaning it belongs to me and if u are going to say well that base was made for Benign.... your wrong. Originally it was made for my little mirage source game known as Farsinchia. I then moved on to Benign taken my little sprite with me. I modified it a little over time but then ended up moving on to Project Ramrod. Now that sprite that you see in my first post is what I currently have. So please dont attack me for no reason... I just simply wanted a suggestion or two on how to improve it.

I'm not good at explaining things, so I just edited your base sprite to my likings. I changed colors a bit and edited eyes so he doesn't have so sad view. Next to that, I edited chest and legs a bit as well...what do you think?

I see no problem with necro-posting something useful like this. Well, the sprite update is useful I mean. Perfekt will probably have some objections about the rest of your post however.
