Graphics are nice but you could work a bit more on sprite doll. I know that's the hard part BUT for good results you have to sweat!
You could also add Name of your character above HP and MANA Bars.

It could be mockup with sprites you're going to use Anyway, nice improvements but try to give more contrast to pallisade walls there

yeah the fence/wall needs some work. Just doesn't look right currently.
