Seeking Blank Tile Template

Im seeking a blank tile template to set up my own tile set. The engine Im using uses 32 x 32 - 5 across. I do not have Photoshop, so if someone would be so kind to direct me to a blank template (I have seen one but I can't remember where.) or create one I would be very grateful. Thank you!

Make one yourself in leik 5 minutes. Make a 32x32 Box, with only a red border. Make another box (blue border) next to it. Copy and past until you are done.
