Colors in Chat

I was just wondering say something triggered text to appear in chat for example "Shopkeeper says 'hello!'"
Would theyre be any way to have like Shopkeeper in black text and Hello in like Blue? Sorry if this is an easy question or impossible I'm a bit of a noobie
