Creating a Forum

I just started to make my own forum, and its so damn hard. Since I dont know anything about it. I found this .css file and started editing it.. whoo, some help would be great if anybody here is experienced with it.

Its awesome, suits perfectly to the game.. Definately better than something i could accomplish.. Hahaha.. Im so hopeless with graphics..

Yeah, well its so hard to find the parts that gives certain things the color.
Like on the bottom, the border around the username and password.
