I honestly want to see life breathed back into these forums. Its sad to just watch them die, im sure there is something we can do to get mirage going again. Post here if you have any ideas :/

We need a new Mirage Source. Something simple and clean - and in the spirit of Mirage - a decent introduction to learning a programming language. Obviously it needs to be a modern language. The outdated nature of VB6 is largely, I think, why this community really started to dissolve.

I said it elsewhere in these forums, but I'd like to see the Java equivalent of Mirage.

Im planning on buying some books on java soon, and am really gonna pile on some studying. Maybe when i get a decent amount of experience i can try and remake mirage in java, but the success rates are very slim. Counting the amount of failures, and then if you think about it, it really wouldn't be mirage anymore. I know we all hate to say it, but mirage is dead :/

I've always actually liked VB6. I don't wanna switch. Lol. If I were lookin' to make money off FADE, I would. But since it's just a hobby I do in my spare, spare time, it don't matter.
