MS4 TNL Bar

Could somebody make and explain how to make a TNL bar for MS4?

I'm not going into it really because Im tired. But in order to do this, you either need to make a shape on frmMirage, or a picBox to make the bar move. And use GetPlayerNextLevel and GetPlayerExp to get it. It's a little complicated if you havn't done anything like it before. But I think there is a tutorial for it, and hopefully you can covert it or ask someone to do it.
