Gimp fonts?

anyone know where i can get some good fonts for Gimp?

Windows fonts should work on any windows computer...

ok i had thought that gimp used special font file types, but again i was wrong

crap where do you put these font files at after you have them extracted? is there a special gimp folder or is there a universal Windows folder for them?

On XP, add them to the System's font folder, on Vista just right click and hit Install Font.

In The Gimp you need to go to Free Type and then Configure and then browse for the folder with your new fonts in them and OK it. (not sure about the steps after the Configure part)
