Looks very nice I think. But maybe some comments from pixel artists would be better than mine, I am not too knowledgeable in this department :p.

That is great, I like the snow. The part I don't like is the grass, it sort of looks odd. Maybe edit it to look a little less chunky

I think that if you made the ocean different colors, like the grass, it would look better.
I really like your lighter ocean near the land, makes it look real.
