Spell Animation Bug o_O [FIXED] - JokeofWeek - 09-04-2007 EDIT : Oh my god, how could I be so stupid rofl. I had put the BltSpell call before the BltPlayer call, no wonder I wasn't seeing it XD Wow, spent 2 hours wondering like an idiot what was wrong haha. We don't notice the simple things, and normally, that's what wrong. Geez, you can lock/delete this as you want. Alright, well, first things first, I'll be honest and say I ripped the spell animations from Elysium XD. Anyways, on to the bug. I'm having the weirdest bug ever. For some reason, when I cast the spell on the NPC, the animation shows up, but when I cast it on the player, it doesn't. Now, before you tell me "Have you checked whether it actually gets to the part where the blitting is", well, Yes, I have. I've tested almost every variable, including the rec locations and the spell time and all that jazz, and I still cant find it. It even keeps working after the blt call. It even gets the proper X and all. This is probably the weirdest bug I have ever encountered. I really can't think of any other things to check :S Anyone got any ideas? :S |
