Konfuse Weather System - Matt2 - 09-03-2007
The only thing I want from it is BltWeather, but I don't understand what TileFile(whatever it's called..) Does...
If I could get an explaination, I could possibly make somewhat of a tutorial for it for MSE.

I believe TileFile(whatever) is just the array for the multiple tiles sets.
