Hello - Tizela - 25-02-2007 Back, been a few years. Started off my programming career here, and it feels like its time to give you guys what you gave me, damn much. Might make a bunch of tutorials or work on some project that I'll release open source. Making a C++ 3d mmorpg along with Grim, but c++ can be a pain and relaxing with some vb is always sweet. I'm far from divine but I can hopefully add something to this wonderful community. - grimsk8ter11 - 25-02-2007 i love you =) \ haha. - Dark Echo - 25-02-2007 Hows it going mate.. Welcome back.. I've been following your little project with Grim.. Grims been keeping us updated.. I cant wait for a little demo dude.. Keep it up mate.. - grimsk8ter11 - 25-02-2007 hehe we have all graphics form irrlicht demos XD, so far login is possible with a static name and pass, (grim, grim lol). sky is rendered with static lighting, a basic terrain and height map, some basic physic, eventually to use Ageia PhysX and a stupid dwarf guy that doesnt stop running. and 2d/3D sounds thhhhhats pretty mucht it client side. - Dark Echo - 25-02-2007 grimsk8ter11 Wrote:..and a stupid dwarf guy that doesnt stop running.. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!! Dont ask me why, but that sounds so damn funny.. Hahaha... I can imagine it now.. Hahaha.. Oh well.. It sounds bloody awesome nonetheless (one word?).. ![]() - Tizela - 25-02-2007 Actually he not only run like crazy, he (after I partially added physX), now falls to infinity. Pretty funny, you can use WASD, to propel him too, kind like if he wore a jetpack or something. - Dark Echo - 25-02-2007 Thats awesome dude.. If only i new how to code stuff.. Like code stuff properly.. ![]() |
