Browser Based Mirage - Rian - 12-12-2013

Something like BrowserQuest, which is open source.

I think browser based is a good direction to go, and BrowserQuest might be a great thing to expand upon. Problem is, I have no idea how to setup the server stuff. The documentation is a little beyond my abilities.

I tried that before, but only playing the game. It's a pretty nice atmosphere in the game but it's probably crazy difficult learning to program that. I will stick to .exe

i cant remember who did it before, but they setup a Javascript server and a browser client as well.

I think browser based is really the way to go as far as ease of use (for players) and being cross platform is going to reach a way larger audience
