About me: The doctor had to remove my plaster on my arm cause it was deforming my hand. So I got a new on my right hand so in 3 weeks I will be back to read posts more accureate.

There is a Warning program in phpbb3. Start using it, a warning last for 90 days as it is now. If the person recieves 2 warnings, he might be banned. I dont have full information how this system works, but its easy to check outö I think you warn them by opening their profiles.
