No, we don't. The source is Public Domain. The only thing they can't legally claim is the GUI, but then again, there's no copyright on it or anything saying they can't use it in the downloaded documents.

I say let that idiot have his fun. We all been at the stage where we want to create something and have others be respectful for it. Some just take the low road and claim others work. If it becomes to be big like Eclipse well then something should be done, but it's most likely just going to die after time.

Did you guys know Eclipse lists all like GSD, Consty, Liam.. Pingu as "Helping hand"
And lists Marsh and the real helping hands who added shit to Elysium as original programmers..

I believe it. Back before I was using MS and was at PW (The original, before James snaked it away.
) Marsh was a mapper for my game and he tried to pass my game off as his a few times. Lol.

Elysium was Konfuze retitled by Sean. Still doesn't explain how Joost got a hold of the rights.

I know Elysium was made of Konfuze, Konfuze made of MS...
The rights were passed along to Pingu I guess and then after Pingu left he gave them to Joost, who ran Elysium for a while till it died...

Sean didn't give the rights to Pingu. He just claimed ES as his own.
