have a single program. The readme says to run things, but instead of .exes or anything they're just .vbp files. I have no idea how to do anything. Nothing recognizes them as any kind of known file, they aren't compressed, they're just files.

As Beres said, you need Visual Basic 6 to open and compile those .vbp files.
Microsoft has discontinued sale of VB6, however you might be able to pick a copy up on Ebay.
Of course there are other methods, but as far as I remember it is against the rules here to post links to them. :roll:

It's against the LAW to pirate any software that is not freeware. If you post links to it, YOU are not the ONLY person going to get in trouble for it. The host of the site will, the owner of the site will and possibly the staff.

I know that, but some sites are okay with it as long as the links aren't clickable (coded) so it doesn't get traced back to them.

Posting links is generally considered not to be against the law. Hosting is. But yeah, most forums have this rule, we'll have to live with it.

Yes, they are technically legal because they are hosted in Sweeden, but the recent chargers were that - although in Seeden, they clearly target an audience outside of that country.
