From what I read though, that's a pretty in depth story for an online game. Can't wait to see you pull it off. ![]() Re: Story and Quest Ideas fro Athrandir Online - Acruno - 28-03-2009 Matt Wrote:Asrrin29 Wrote:seriously, no one wants to comment at all? Re: Story and Quest Ideas fro Athrandir Online - William - 28-03-2009 It all reminds me some of the stargate series, which I watched 2 times. Including the first 10seasons, 3 movies and the atlantis serie. It's awesome. However you somehow managed to make it all sound way more complicated than what I think your games story should be. If your going to stick with this huge story line you will need pictures after each paragraph to help the readers understand it more. And "pipe builders" ![]() ![]() Heck I forgotten most what the story was about now, add some images. Re: Story and Quest Ideas fro Athrandir Online - William - 30-03-2009 Telling the story through quests are always a nice idea, this could turn out to a huge success or a huge failure from what I can tell ![]() Re: Story and Quest Ideas fro Athrandir Online - William - 30-03-2009 God there is so much that needs to be done when you start a new game xD I always find new things to add so it feels like it cant be finished. I feel so overwhelmed by the project that I can't actually start on any one aspect of it for too long. Storyline, graphics, stat development, mapping, programming, maintaining the website, Each of these things is relatively small and simple, but add them all together and it can get cumbersome.Hehe, I know exactly what you mean. Making everything on your own is very time consuming and requires extreme effort. But it's worth it in the end ![]() |
