Nah, anime sprites looks alot better without dithering. I was gonna shade the outlines but eh i got lazy.. and tired since i worken on her pretty long anyhow.

How you can do that by hand is beyond me.

Change the jawline to be a bit more feminine and you're good to go, it looks great
