ill prolly like the ingame GUI once it has some type of border besides lines maybe just whats in the lines but lightened and maybe slightly blurred

Decent outline, horrible choice for background.
You can do better. It's not hard to do better in paint, tbh. That background is just, it's not gonna fit any type of game you can come up with.

ya i know i tried but i was using Gimp and i cant figure out how to do that. and i dont have the money to buy PS and i cant seem to find a free "Demo" either. other wise i would have. >_
