Free Graphic Editors/Creators - Leighland - 06-07-2006
Not sure if this is the correct forum but someone can move it if it isn't.
Anyways, I've looked through google and tried a few things but not many programs are that great. I'm currently using Babarosa GIF Editor which is okay for gradients and animated GIF's, but other than that it's pretty limited. So question is, does anyone know any good free graphics editors, that are a little more suitable for GUI creation etc?

GIMP is great. It can open photoshop files and the such. Gnome is great!
I use a gnome desktop on Linux.

Well....now that we are reviving old topics...Paint.NET is a very good free program.
