GUI and gfx demo - Ambientiger - 26-01-2008

Umm, found some old atari game gfx on the net and pulled 'em about a bit, lol.
First impressions, ideas and criticisms great appreciated.
Oh, also going to add sci-fi style indoor graphics when tanks are docked at bases etc.

I think it's pretty BA, maybe if the inventory was a little.. Uglier or something it would match the rest, it just sort of seems out of place, but it looks good.

The original GUI graphics are at 320x200, this one is at 640x400. I think the tank sprite and rock graphics match up a little better. I'll work on sharpening up the ground tiles, mod the game code and post up the result when I've got it working 'ingame'.

Update: Took some time today to set the GUI into the game client and space it all out nicely, how's it looking??
