Mapnpc incorrect.. position? - Rezeyu - 12-08-2007

Alright well, I was messing with making playlists, so I just had the client running, I flipped over, and noticed that my map npc was ontop of my char.

I then noticed I couldn't attack the npc either, but I could attack the square below it..

And if I try to walk into that square, i get DCed

It seems to happen randomly.

I don't know where to start looking, I think it might be that something is blocking the movement, but still recording the x/y changes.

Ideas/Help plx?

Have you made it so players can walk through each other?

If not, try and make the player a block tile to NPCs maybe?

It doesn't do it much anymore.

It just seemed like the NPc tried to pass through me, the sprite stayed in place, but the server noted it as a move anyways.

Then if I stepped where the NPC "was" it booted me for position modification.

I removed the majority of the MapNPC rec, only thing left is number, and I'll prolly end up taking that out too, and the error stopped happening.
