No matter what his role, we don't need him right now. If he's mafia, then it proves a point and we have one less mafia. If he's not, then it proves the point another way and we're safe.

If a mafia isn't active, then he is ignored and the remaining mafia control the vote.

Personally, as much as I don't like Robin or how he acts most of the time, I think nobody should be lynched on the first day. It should go on so that we can get MORE information. There wasn't much information as to who could have been the one that killed Dave in the first place.
